A group of young university students on a sailing trip anchor their boat off the coast of a remote island. They meet the island's owner and his daughter. One of the young men decides to stay on the island for the whole summer and ends up uncovering its dark secret.

A study in forgiveness as oppression and goodness as provocation. Six youth criminals are chosen to participate in a social experiment where they are assigned to live together in a rundown apartment in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. The six boys are being supervised by two forgiving and uneasy social workers. Their need to continue to commit petty crimes escalates out of boredom with the situation. One night they run into a young girl in trouble.

One Monday morning, a thousand children leave the suburb of Farsta and go to Stockholm to occupy the Royal Castle. The children have formed a group called S.O.P.O.R. as a protest against the way adults treat them and have destroyed their future. They demand that the robots in the industry are replaced by humans to create job opportunities. They take the royal family as hostages.

Pettersson and Bendel are both worn, run-down and broke. Despite this they decide to start a business and become rich. Unexperienced they are open to any deal. They tamper, scam and exploit loopholes that exist.

An eccentric, offbeat man performing pranks and peculiarities becomes a major concern for the Stockholm authorities. He mingles with bizarre slum characters and dreams of his ideal girl.
