Sevda Erses is a singer who has devoted herself to Turkish classical music and strives to be principled in her work. She is careful not to go beyond professional relationships with her boss and listeners, which is why her career has stagnated. As part of her Anatolian tour with a company, Erses also gives concerts in a small town. The singer not only receives great interest from the local people but also unintentionally captivates the town's leader. However, her heart belongs to an engineer she met in the same town.

Cem, Murat and Tarık have come to Bodrum for a vacation. While Murat and Tarık are having fun, Cem is complaining. Three young people meet Kerem and Haydar who owns a boat. The guys start traveling with Kerem and Haydar. A few days later, their friend Ahmet comes to Bodrum with his English girlfriend and older sister Emine. A rapprochement will begin between girls and guys.

The urban intellectual man is so overwhelmed that he has isolated himself. The young woman, bored in the countryside, is trying to escape to a different and bigger world. Eastern Anatolia 1983: Rayna is an American university professor. She travels to Eastern Turkey to research the political situation. As part of her research, she visits a village in the company of a politically involved leftist writer. On the way back, their minibus is ambushed by a Kurdish outlaw.

In the film, the struggle between the villagers and a cry is told. Villagers are in a difficult situation due to the drought in the region. Semsettin Aga and Behram Aga, the owners of the surrounding villages, keep the villagers entertained. The villagers then decide to invade the fields. Meanwhile, Mustafa was thrown in prison by shooting Behram Aga.
