A lone gunman is blamed for the murder of a politician, but two detectives uncover a plot and battle the power behind the crime.

The young drug trafficker Leonardo Hernández, after a heated argument, kills the son of Juan Rentería, a powerful mafia boss in the region, who upon finding out, exacts bloody revenge against Leonardo and his family.
