Babis Galiatsatos was born in Athens in 1981. Graduated from the National Theatre of Greece drama school. Has worked as an actor with various well-known theatre directors in Greece and traveled to festivals around Europe such as NEXT FESTIVAL in Le Phénix (Valenciennes, France), Théâtre de l'Oiseau Mouche-Le Garage (Roubaix, France), Festival Parallèle 04 in Théâtre Joliette-Minoterie (Marseille, France), Cultural Europeen Forum in Culture O Centre (Abbaye de Noirlac, France), São Luiz Teatro Municipal festival (Lisbon, Portugal), bitef in Atelje 212 Theatre-Mira Trailović Stage (Belgrade, Serbia), fast forward in Kleines Haus (Dresden, Germany), Festival Brandhaarden in Internationaal Theater Amsterdam (Amsterdam, Netherlands), Adelaide Festival in Adelaide Festival Centre (Adelaide, Australia), Radikal Jung Festival in Volkstheater (Munich, Germany) and more. Since 2010 has adapted novels for the theatre and directed shows presented in Greece. Has participated in Yorgos Lanthimos’ first film Kinetta and the itv show The Durrells.
