From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Ayumi Ishida (born March 26, 1948 in Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan and raised in Ikeda, Osaka) is a singer and actress. Her real name is Yoshiko Ishida. She is the second among four daughters. She won the award for Best Actress at the 4th Yokohama Film Festival for Yajūdeka. She also won the awards for best actress at the 29th Blue Ribbon Awards and the 11th Hochi Film Award for House on Fire and Tokei - Adieu l'hiver. As for her musical career, she is best known for the singles "BLUE LIGHT Yokohama" (which topped the charts in 1968/1969 at #1), "Anata Nara Dousuru (#2), and "Sabaku No You Na Tokyo De" (#3). Spring 2005, Okinawa. It's the wedding of Sawamura Seiji's second daughter, Seiko (Fujisawa Ema). Miwa (Harada Mieko), her mother, is watching over her beloved daughter with a smiling face. The eldest daughter, Asuka (Ito Ayumi), who slipped out of the party to watch the sea alone, is holding preciously a book... This is the diary of a deceased father addressed to his daughters.

Kaoru, Hiroki and Takeshi are childhood friends. Adults now, they have gone their separate ways, but still live close to each other in central Tokyo. Hiroki works for a newspaper company, and Takeshi has followed in his father's footsteps to work at the Tsukiji fish market. Both men love Kaoru, but Hiroki is too shy to express it. Finally, Takeshi proposes to her, and she accepts. On the day of their engagement party, Takeshi crashes his car and becomes comatose. One day, her younger sister Natsuko visited her older sister Haruko in New York. However, the real purpose of Natsuko's trip to the United States was to meet her affair partner Mami Okawa, who left her without saying anything and was transferred to New York. Natsuko immediately visits Okawa and introduces her to her older sister .
