When a series of teenaged schoolgirl virgins are transformed into vampires,sexy high school student Man Koda (Ayana Sakai) and her friends take it upon themselves to locate the modelling agency responsible and track down and destroy the undead creatures behind it.

Prolific director Kinji Fukasaku died suddenly during the production of Battle Royale 2. His son and screenwriter Kenta took over as director and completed the film.

It's three years after the events of the original Battle Royale, and Shuya Nanahara is now an internationally-known terrorist determined to bring down the government. His terrorist group, Wild Seven, stages an attack that levels several buildings in Tokyo on Christmas Day, killing 8000 people. In order for the government to study the benefits of "teamwork", the new students work in pairs, with their collars electronically linked so that if one of them is killed, the other dies as well. They must kill Nanahara in three days - or die.

Yukari always wanted to become a flight attendant and has just been hired by Japan Airlines. However, due to an unexpected mistake, she has also been recruited to the company's basketball team (the JAL "Rabbits") despite being a lousy at basketball.
