Feryal and her husband Sinan have one rule in their relationship. They can have any relationship they want, but they must be honest about it. In a way, this is much more difficult than simply being faithful in marriage.
Gül and Selim love each other. However, Gül's father does not approve of their relationship. He devises a plan to separate them. He talks to Selim's boss and sends him on a business trip abroad. He sends Gül to her aunt's house. The two lovers lose hope when they cannot contact each other. Meanwhile, Gül finds out that she is pregnant. She runs away from home and gives birth at a friend's house. Believing that Selim has abandoned her, she leaves the child in a taxi she takes. The taxi driver takes custody of the child and raises him. Years later, Gül will learn the truth and regret what she did.
A group of archaeologists excavate an area of historical ruins. The only aim of Kemal, who is at the head of the team, is to seize the lost Aphrodite statue.
