Three Russian sisters work in a tavern in Kars, a city in the east of Turkiye. Two brothers who live in the same city go to that tavern. Elder of the brothers who is married works as a railway worker; controls rails and allows/stoppes trains to pass. The younger brother is an aggressive man who often causes trouble, he marries a local girl, but he doesnt give up night life. The elder brother falls in love with the youngest of the Russian sisters (Irina) and this situation changes their lives. Focusing on the problems of Turkish uneducated men and hard lives of prostitutes, the film takes its name from the freezing cold of Kars as "Soguk" means "cold" in Turkish.

On a misty morning, an old bus leaves Batum to go to Istanbul. As the bus stops at various places on the way, Russian women of all ages and professions, each with a unique tale, board. In this bus full of women, there are three Turkish men. Three brothers who have come together after many years to carry their father's last wish.

Blind singer Yüksel is expecting some respectable customers, however the best musicians of the town are engaged to leave to another city for a folk dance competition, therefore Yüksel needs to locate new musicians. She is dissatisfied with the current state of architectural practice. However, the construction of the mosque she designed is left unfinished due to various problems. Sine develops insomnia as a result of stress and begins treatment at a sleep disorder center. One day, while sleeping at the center, she has a dream. In this dream, she finds herself within the myth of the Seven Sleepers and witnesses the events unfolding. Upon waking from the dream, she has undergone physical and mental changes, but no one around her notices these transformations. Every time Sine visits the sleep center, she undergoes physical and mental changes. With each transformation, she begins to react differently to everything compared to before.

In this film, we witness the drama that begins with the illness of the daughter of a retired father who has lost his wife and is caring for his four children with a great sense of responsibility, as well as his efforts to keep them together. The film also explores organ donation and the effects of young people's journey toward living their lives freely.

The movie is a romantic comedy about a young woman who asks an old actor to pretend to be her wealthy grandfather to impress her fiancé's family.
