Ashima Bhalla (born 3 August 1983, Assam, India) is an Indian actress who has appeared in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Assamese language films. Bhalla made her debut with Pyaar Zindagi Hai film starring Mohnish Bahl and Rajesh Khanna.. She also went on to appear on television, portraying the lead role in the Indian soap Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni on Star Plus. Furthermore, she also participated in the show Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena alongside Irfan Pathan.

An idealist named Hindustani comes across evidence against the State's Chief Minister R.C. Narayan. Jyeshta is a 2004 Indian Kannada language drama film starring Vishnuvardhan, Ashima Bhalla and Devaraj in the lead roles. The film, a remake of Malayalam film Valliettan (2000), is directed and written by director Suresh Krissna and features soundtrack from S. A. Rajkumar. The original version was directed by Shaji Kailas and featured Mammootty and Shobhana in lead roles.
