One year after the accident of his elder sister, Ombak, a suicide survivor gets an anxiety attack because he is tortured by remorse and guilt-tripping from his mother.

The story is about Othniel, who gives an unexpected surprise to Priyanka, his fiancée. On the night of their wedding, Othniel calls Priyanka and tells her that he got into a fight with someone and is badly injured. Othniel asks Priyanka to come to a café where he is resting and tending to his wounds. However, when Priyanka arrives, the surprise from Othniel makes her even more worried.
