High school students arrive at their former teacher's farm. In one night, under the illusion of a harmonious friendship, a conflict between two generations and attitudes in life emerges. The two sides, although connected by a complicated web of relationships, differ in their moral demands on themselves and each other.

Anna and Jakub are a young couple on a journey to make friends. Their car breaks down and they are stranded in a small town where they have to spend the night. They stay in a hotel and get to know the locals. As the whole small town prepares for an upcoming medieval parade, long-suppressed feelings and problems in the two young people's relationship begin to surface.

Carefree Jindřiška (23) discovers that her father owes a lot of money when debt collectors arrive to confiscate their house. In a single day, Jindřiška's world falls apart, forcing her to choose between helping her father or saving herself before it's too late.
