The murders of a suspected thief and a rival private eye draw the attention of The Falcon.

An intrepid reporter embarks on an African safari, hoping to locate a place of lore known as "The Elephant's Graveyard". During his adventure, he must face the aggressive hostilities of the regional tribesmen as well as the many dangers of the savage jungle.

Magician-turned-actor John Calvert, previously the suave leading man of Film Classics' "Falcon" series, is a curious choice to star in the rough-and-tumble western Gold Fever. John Bonar (Calvert) and grizzled old prospector Nugget Jack (Ralph Morgan) strike it rich, whereupon they are besieged by Bill Johnson's (Gene Roth) outlaw gang. Heavily outnumbered, our heroes are forced to rely on brain rather than brawn.

Enter cigar-smoking cross-dresser "Bumpsie" (Tim Moore), who poses as a wealthy society matron to fool the angel! Real-life palm reader Josef Ranald helps people two determine their futures. Some sources claim this British film was never released, or even finished, until 1956 when American Ron Ormond acquired it and added a brief sequence about a girl hitchhiker and a psycho motorist, releasing it finally as The Eternal Question.
