A retired cop teams up with four ex-convicts and a behavioral science student to solve a fifty year old bank robbery.

Jamie, an uninhibited free spirit bemoaning yet another breakup with a girlfriend, and her demure friend Marian desperately needs to loosen up. In search of a fresh start, the two embark on an impromptu road trip to Tallahassee, but things quickly go awry when they cross paths with a group of inept criminals along the way.

At the same time Malcolm's brother Drew tries to start a drug trade that ends up in a bloody mess with local mobsters. In addition, Malcolm's wife Miasha wants out of their loveless marriage. Malcolm is stuck between a rock and a hard place and is now forced to get his hands dirty again on the dark side of the streets. Will he survive this intense go-around or will he be the cause of his family and friends' demise, and maybe his own?
