Andrew Bucci was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. He is a dedicated husband, father, educator, and actor. His breakout role was the title role of Phantom in Phantom and Percepter, notably playing his childhood creation.
Percepter, a super soldier from a dystopian future, goes back in time to stop the last superhero, Phantom, from dying. But the bitter Phantom he finds is far from what he imagined, and the two unlikely heroes embark on a quest to save the world.
