The documentary "Santiano - Keiner geht verloren" presents the successful shanty rock band from Schleswig-Holstein in all its facets. It looks back on the last ten years since the band was founded and sheds light on the musicians' careers - their triumphs and strokes of fate.
Peter Reber joined the popular German maritime-folk band Santiano for a trio of Swiss concerts (January 30–February 1, 2014), blending his Swiss folk hits in German alongside Santiano’s seafaring repertoire and earning a special Gold-certified Swiss edition of their joint album. The televised concert highlights included Reber’s classics like “Die Kinder des Kolumbus” and “Der Sonne entgegen” performed in duet with Santiano, showcasing a harmonious fusion of Swiss schlager and northern folk-rock.
