Ambre Vourvahis was introduced as the lead vocalist of German symphonic metal band Xandria in 2022, replacing the former singer Dianne van Giersbergen. She is half Greek, half French and comes from a background of singing in choir and musicals.
On August 2nd 2024, Xandria took to the stage at Hauptstrasse, Wacken, Germany, to the delight of old fans and new! Setlist: "You Will Never Be Our God", "Death to the Holy", "Reborn", "Nightfall", "Universal", "Two Worlds", "Valentine"
