A teenage girl named Nancy runs away from home to escape an abusive relationship. She is befriended by a couple on a camping trip, however, their trip turns deadly when the group is attacked by a Satanic cult hellbent on murder and ritualistic sacrifice.

While on their way to a Halloween bonfire, Seth and Laurie break down alongside a rural back road. Miles from civilization and without cell service, they set out in search of a gas station.
