The third film in the Zenka-mono series.At the beginning of the Showa period, Matsukichi Iwaki was released from prison after 10 years in prison. Matsukichi came to Yokosuka relying on his old friend Mitsuo Nakai from the Nakai gang, but Nakai was killed and the gang disbanded. Matsukichi discovers that the Shimanaka gang is behind everything, and from her the thread reaches the Navy. With the help of grenades and sword, Matsukichi, nicknamed "Bomb Man", sets off a disorderly rampage.

She is kidnapped, so the plot gets thicker & thicker.

While imprisoned, Tatsu encounters Danshi, a man who is a big honcho in the prison pecking order. After initial conflict they become sworn brothers. Tatsu and the sworn brothers he acquires weren’t really gangsters before their prison time, just ruffians. Prison, however, introduces them to plenty of gangland characters and three years later, they’re out of prison and enmeshed in the yakuza world.

In a Nakano Village divided by a clash between local pig bristle brush manufacturers and the village chief's group over factory expansion, the latter resorts to harassing the brush manufacturers associated with the Wadakura family. Tadayoshi and the villagers attempt to take on the village office but encounter opposition from the Wadakura family's interference. Meanwhile, Jinzuke finds himself at odds with the Wadakura family over territorial disputes in Tsuruhashi. He faces off against them, striving to thwart their factory plans...

Having lost everything at a local yakuza gambling den, Genta comes to Osaka hoping to make a comeback. He falls in love with Chigusa, the woman who gives him the opportunity to hit the jackpot at the bicycle race track, but his hopes are dashed. Then, at a hormone restaurant in Kamagasaki, he has a wild time with a glamorous lustful wife while her husband is away. He quickly becomes one with the locals. He tries his hand at various sleazy and shady businesses with them, but his business doesn't go well, as he attracts the attention of the local yakuza. At this point, he coincidentally reunites with Chigusa in town. However, Chigusa is the mistress of the yakuza boss, and things take a turn for the worse...

Two short stories set in Edo during the Shogun era. The first, during a time when Christians are persecuted vehemently, Iori falls in love with a young Christian girl. When she and her family are captured during a raid, his sadistic master takes her as his personal slave to torment Iori. The second follows Sutezo who, forced to serve the barbarous master of a brothel in order to repay his debts, befriends a young girl. Together, they both escape and struggle to get by on scams and petty theft.
