Kosuke Nitta has been toiling away on a 50th anniversary DVD box set of the classic anime TV series Humanoid Monster BEM. While hunting for a new special feature to attract more buyers, the timid advertising employee finds himself falling into the maw of madness after he discovers the original cut of Bem's final episode. At the same time, a tragedy has left a local high school reeling in the aftermath. What's the connection between these harrowing events? A mysterious girl by the name of Bela.

At a certain park, there is a mysterious man, who has red eyes and a black suit, that people can go to and request him to kill someone. His assassinations can never be blamed on him because he takes no illegal action. His strength is in the power of suggestion and the arrangement of events. The inspiration for this romantic film is the "Kiss Cam" carried out at sporting events in which a couple selected from the crowd by a TV camera must kiss for all to see. At the helm is Matsumoto Hana whose A Midsummer Dream was screened at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival 2015. One day, shy Hashiguchi Kai (Hayama Shono) is dumped by his girlfriend Saya (Hotta Akane). Meanwhile at work, he gets into an additional bind when he is ordered to transfer to a subsidiary. That subsidiary is a strange company which deals in romance consulting.
