A comedy drama about a stranger who poses many questions to people in an innocent way, and on that journey he makes friends from good people and hostilities from bad people.

A group of young men whose grandfather dies, and upon distributing the inheritance, they discover that their grandfather did not leave money for them, while he left a will asking them to search for a buried treasure, and to search for the location of the treasure it becomes clear that it is inside the madhouse. They plan to enter the Hospital of the Crazies in pursuit of this treasure, and there they have a lot of comedic ironies.

The film revolves around a young man named "Abu Arabi" who works in commerce, but does not succeed. However, he wants to marry a girl called "Mahja", but her father refuses because he wants to marry his daughter to a clothing vendor.

A group of cousins, the relationship between them is not normal, some of them are rich in excess and do not know how to spend money, and buy antiques and antiques that are worthless. Hind does not help the children of the uncle but insult them and despise the poverty of some of them. Afrotto, who comes out of one of the Hind al-'Am's antiques, does not spoil the relations between them. He is an impossibly devoid of extraordinary abilities. He lacks the ordinary abilities.
